Hello fellow simmers I am currently in the air between Cologen and KPHL. So far so good the only thing I have experienced during this flight is overspeed several times due to heavy tailwinds. So my impressions so far is good. Regards Frank

Hello,you will only overspeed due to HEADwind...this is due to the sudden increasing HEADwind component.Once you're established in the new moving air mass, your speed indicator will be happy again...but your ground speed reading will not :-hahbest regards, Rapha

Sudden speed changes due to wind changes can be 'softened' by adjusting the rate of change setting under the winds tab in FSUIPC.Matt

try playing with VNAV like descend using V/S for 3000' then go up to cruise using VNAVthen tell me how good it is.

Well Captain!I did this flight too 772LRF and (pss texture),was 350 nm front of you.I have set my windchange in fsiupc to lower rate of change per second.Did not experience any overspeed. Everything went well on this longhaul. Still waiting for the path to fix the autopilot. I know and understand pss is working hard to satify us. Finally i think they do this to the number one when final.. XP home WidefsFSINNAS5Double screen on the FS computer.Also locked my Framrate per second to 25.
