772LR APU not running

I'm not able to start the APU on the 772LR, even if all system are running.It shows the FAULT message.What's wrong?

The proper way to start APU is to turn the switch clockwise twice to "RUN".It then switches immidiately to "ON" and you can watch the APU RPM rising on "STAT" view on your EICAS.

Make sure ur fuel pumps are on, APU runs off of fuel.

Shouldn't the APU over-ride the fuel pump switches? It happens on every other half-modern aircraft add-on I have...
