Looking around this forum you will see Norman of PSS patiently providing support to us the proud owners of PSS Products. I am sure that like me you would like to take a moment to thank Norman for all of the help he gives and the hours which he obviously spends looking into the problems we have.So, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you Norman. Thanks often go unsaid but I know I speak for many here.Of course being the time for pressies I am sure the forum will soon be joined by more new owners of PSS Products so no doubt a busy time lies ahead. Andrew,Your thoughts and words are very kind, however PSS is much more than one person. We are a team who quite simply are simmers first and foremost. Granted, my particular role within the team means that I am oft seen as a spokesman and problem solver but all that pales into insignificance when compared with the work done by the other members of the team.
