installation failed

Hello,i just purchased the 777, but i am not able to install this aircraft. the installer crashed without any error before i the check of account and password. so i loaded the installer again. this time the installer crashed after loading the second file, without any error again. after anaother try the installer crashed after clicking on "next" on the first screen.can you please help me?thank you.regardsAchim Post

Achim,What operating system? Do you have any other PSS products installed?

Sorry for the late answer, but i had some trouble with my account at avsim.OS: WIndows XP MCE SP2I solved the problem. With an installed Steganos Antispyware 2006 there is no chance to complete the installation of any PSS-product, even when ist's deactivated. After i deinstalled this programm the installation works as designed.
