Glide Slope Capture before localizer is captured

In the real world the glide slope will not capture if the localizer isn't capture first. Another words the aircraft should NOT decend when the glide slope is captured and NOT the localizer. I noticed this all your products.

Not quite true. Well over half of the fleet of 777s I fly will intercept the glide before the localiser. As long as your intercept track angle to the localiser is less than 80 degrees down she goes! Our airline SOP is to not arm the approach until localiser capture, thereby getting around the problem. Not sure if the difference in the aircraft is a Boeing fix or company spec. Andy
