import flight plan into 777 fmc

If i do a flight plan in FSNav--how do I import it into the 777 fmc--I do not see a direct export option in FSNav to the PSS 777--I know it can be done because I did it a few weeks ago and now I cant remember how to do it again---this is what happens when you get older than 60---and that is why I stopped flying freal life Single engine IFR---thanks for any helpCheers

Export it as an FS2004 plan, then import it to the FMC from FSPlansRon
