PSS 777-300ER impossible to install

Hello,I bought yesterday B777-300ER, i download the executable file 777ER_base_setup, i ran the file and i got the message " no intrenet connexion could be found" and nothing else do to for sorting this problem out.I don't think my firewall is involved regarding teh message i got while trying to perform the installation thru the B777ER_base_setup file.Is there another way to proceed for installing the B777-300ER porgram?Many thanks for your return.Marco
