Reserves Entry?

Hi.When using the fuel planner supplied with the T7how do you know what figure to put in the reservesline of the FMC? The fuel planner just gives a totalfuel figure and as you have to put holding time etc inas minutes how do you know how reserve fuel it calculates for you?Cheers S:-) Andy

Hello Andy,This is 777-200ER data but should be within tolerance for other varients. Reserves are generally around 5-6T. A good general guide is that 1T of fuel equates to 10 minutes worth of 'low level' flying. However this obviously realies on a fairly close alternate...Michael B
