John,The most difficult is the auto-decrab, I think.Without auto-rollout, in those difficult side-wind conditions, autolanding simply makes no sense.You must land manually and to do a correct landing you must deconnect the autopilot early to get a feeling of the aircraft.If not, you will inevitably end up on the grass or isn't it?Guy
