Red message "Cabin altitude"

I flied from SEGU to SLLP using PSS B777-200 LR, south america area.I climbed to FL370. But Red message "Cabin altitude" was indicated to panel at FL320 suddenly.Herein, I performed outflow valve auto-state or manual-state at pressurization part in overhead panel.Also, I descent to FL200, the message disappeared during a few minute. But, the message appeared unfortunately after a few minute.How could I solve this problem? I'm sorry for my English writing.
