B777 Sliding off the Runway

Hi Guys, On take off and landing i am finding it almost impossible to keep my bird on the runway. In fact if i have to use even the slightest of rudder corrections the movements seem to be exacerbated ten fold and the aircraft slides in the corrected direction. How can i stop this please? I have the patch installed.Kind regardsDaren
