Your First 757 Flight

Good afternoon chaps and chapesses!I just thought it would be nice to start a topic where we can say what our first 757 flight is going to be?It would be nice just for us all pss 757 fans from around the globe to discuss our very first flight, possibly with flight plans! I would certainly love to read some flight from our fellow pilots over in the states as well as my fellow European pilots! ATA has maintenance done on their 757's down in SAT, and the companies headquarters are in Indy...so the two cities are a pair ;)

lol!Enjoy the flight (when it comes) nothing beats a RR Powered 757 at such light weights as found on that route! The climb out is astonishing! (sp)

Hi Iain>Max FL190 from Manchester to any London or Solent Airport.I recently read you post where you say that MAN-LON flights reach a max FL190. This is the case on EGCC-EGLL, but on EGCC-EGKK i've regularly been up between FL240-FL260?? That was on the B734/B735 and A319.RegardsJames

The above information is based on data from the actual flight from Flightaware:http://flightaware.com/live/flight/AAL2205For you AAL fans out there, this would be a sweet test of your 757 when you get her. For other pilots, 757's from all major airlines serve this airport, but mainly during the winter ski season. Continental, united, Northwest, Delta and others have 757's flying in and out of KEGE. I highly suggest looking at this for a GREAT approach and challange.Freeware KEGE scenery is available on AVSIM. Also very highly recommended is FS genesis for terrain. If you can afford it, toss in UT USA from Flight1 and ActiveSky v6 and you have yourself the makings for some great approaches.
