Aircraft cfg files please an answer PSS

Since all pre order customers have the liveries already installed could we have only the aircraft.cfg files less then 1 mb download...Should save a lot of bandwith tooo...It make no sence to download all of them again... or is there something changed in the external model(s)?Can I have an official comment from PSS please...Andr
