777 Vanconver CDU database do not agree with FS 9

Yesterday I flew into Vancouver Intl in BC and found that Radar Contact and FS9 reported identical runway headings as being 10 degrees off from those in 777 CDU database. I was cleared for 06R for example by radar contact but 777 CDU only listed 07R. Similar for all the runways in the 777 database.Using the patched version of 777.Any help on this would be appreciated.Greg
