vertical pitch rate esuberant!

hi everybody!! i just buy the 757 it's a great aircraft but i don't understand why at rotation,for to mantain the v2+10 i have to pull up the plane with a rate of 4000 ft and more!!!!! it is a bug?

Hi.please dont forget to sign your posts.No, it is not a bug, unless a 757 is a bug. In real life these things are like rockets.
