Unable to install Downloaded Liveries with CDROM PSS T7

I purchased 2 liveries from the Spring sale. The livery installer will not install with JustFlight CDROM. The installer complaints I need the base installer! I recently reformatted the hard drive.Previously, I was sent a utility to trick the installer. Any chance of receiving the utility so I may install the liveries?Thanks in advance,Ulysese Brown
