PSS 777 patch V2 data

Recommended Posts

Can we have some definitive info on what files have been changed with patch 2, i.e. dates on the relevant files. I understand the panel file in the main folder (PSS-772LR) is aliased to folder PSSB77704.Even after downloading the patch, mine is dated 18/03/2006. The patch appears to be working, but I would like some correct info from Norman as to the what the modified dates should be on these files.Ron

Hello,There are at least 3 trheads about this in the boeing forum. To summariza, if you have the Just Flight version, I can't help you, cause I do not have it.If you have the downloadable from PSS, go to the PSS website under this link http://www.phoenix-simulation.co.uk/default.asp?pss=fixesdownload the 777 patch, there is only one, execute this EXE file to decompress it to a fake folder, what ever name you want to give him, then copy the gauge to the gauge folder, and the panel confing into the same folder as the one you already have.If ever you execute the EXE file as indicated in the relevant EXE file, it will install correctly the gauge into the gauge folder, but it will create a folder under the fs9 directory, thus not updating the correct panel config.Clear? If not let me/us know and I will be happy to explain again.Cyrille de LattreAsus P4P800/PIV 3 Ghz/2 Giga DDRAMATI X800 GT 256 MegWin XP SP2 / FS9.1 PSS Beta tester
