Are you trying to say that ATI has resolved the problem? If so, I think you are misreading the website. It seems to me, that at this point, all they are doing is investigating the problem. The RESOLVED button appears to be just a way of telling ATI you managed to fix it yourself. This type of post has appeared before. ATI's website with the Resoved button is very misleading.
