reduced framerate

Hello,according to Q&A about reduced framerate i read: "Any one that is experiencing reduced frame rates, can you please open the set up menu and reduce the refresh rate to around 6 and then experiment from there to find the best setting for your machine."My question is: which setup menu and which refresh rate are you talking about? I'm sorry but cannot understand where is this menu.Many thanks.

Thank you Jim,I found it now. Unfortunately didn't get any improvement even with refresh rate at 6.My PC is an AMD 64-FX55 on an ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe with 1 GB Corsair and 2 BFG 7900 GTX OC in SLI configuration...Any other suggestions on how to improve the framerate?Thanks so much for help.Alberto

Hi Alberto,I was told in an email from PSS Support that the issue is being looked at. I've followed all of the recommendations offered throughout the forum but haven't been able to resolve the issue. And I'm only running an Atlon XP 3500+, so I wouldn't expect the same results that you'd probably gain if a fix were issued.
