PSS Account

Hey Guys,Several months ago I purchased the 777, since then my laptop hard drive died. I managed to save the installer but it says that I did not purchase the 777. I logged into my account at PSS, and it too says that I did not purchase the 777. Do you guys know if we are only allowed to access the aircraft for a specific time period. Thanks.Regards,Patrick

Just like Mark said. Make sure the account you are entering matches the one you made the purchase with.
