Can't download ANYTHING from the library..

I tried to download the new posky a330 from the library without success The browser announces that it cannot locate the serverI thought maybe it's only because so many folks are trying to get it at the moment so i tried another file , needless to say i got the same results.Is there any problems with the library or is it just me ?could use some help hereRegards,Ben.
