B777 panel.dll error

I posted a problem about 3 years ago and later stated that I had resolved the panel.dll problem. I said that I used the RC-1 release.Can you tell me what that is and where I might find it? i have reinstalled the B777 for fs2004 and am having the same trouble as before. Any help would be appreciated.

Starting the sim from create a flight will cause this issue. Please make sure to use the default flight and load the 777 from the aircraft menu.

I tried doing that. The only way to load it is to load it from the spot view of any other plane loaded. Do you remember what RC-1 release is?
