PSS B777 Pro Tutorial CYYZ to CYYZ probs

Hi GuysAny pilots out there experiencing probs with the PSS777 Pro, i have 2things i can't sort out1. plane fails to descend to FL180 approaching or after JANOA as T/D dot intercepts.2. On the go around on second approach plane goes again into a hold just before MA24R despite not being FMC loaded to do so. runs out of fuel and crashes. many thanks !
