Frame rates in 757......yes, again

Good day all. I have read some of the threads about frame rates in the 757. I installed the panel which is less strenous on my system. I have read people talking about changing the refreash rate (or something like), and it has helped. Can someone tell me if it does help, and if so how I do that? Thanks for the help as always.-- Jake

Right click on desktop, select Properties, select Advanced, select Monitor and experiment.
