PW Freighter still has elevator problems

I did all steps necessary to succesfully instal v1.2 and I am still seeing the same problem with the PW Freighter that the right elevator does not move in spot view. Is anyone else having the same problem. This was previously mentioned as a problem in 1.1 but seems to have been overlooked in v1.2. Please let me know what can be done to solve this. Thank you.Kevin K
