I'm getting freezes too. It happens when I enter an altitude restriction ie. 250/18000, after a 10 hr. flight this is very frustrating. Can nothing be done about this?

Steven said that they are looking at it. So there is hope it will be eliminated with the next patch.For the moment I don't use manual restrictions in the FMC any more with the Pss 777. It is too dangerous. My way around is to use the altitude and speed window of the MCP to set restrictions.Guy
