no autopilot on b575 or b777

Recommended Posts

I posted earlier about a problem with my joystick but I actually think that the issue is with the autopilot. When I go to engage the autopilot there is no light and the a/p does no engage? I tried to disengage it and then reengage it but nothing happens. I am however able to engage the FD and A/T. Perhaps this is related to the joystick issue posted earlierIf there is no light for the a/p does it mean that it is not powered up.
