Boeing 757 Professional (PSS)

L.S.,I have install a few days a go Boeing 757 Professional.When I try it I can't configurate the fuel in the set option.Also was the weather radar still in his starting colors.I have uninstall Boeing 757 Professional and try to install it again but I get now when I install the programm the folowing error message:"Could not copy file(s).
