Rudder on 757

For some reason when I am in the air the rudder does not move it changes the aircraft direction slightly but not a lot, and you can't see it moving is this because of the air flowing past it? Also I was trying to land and the ap was off but the aircraft just kept pulling to the right like I had full right rudder in.Please HelpthanksAnthony
