FIX in FMS and Keyboard entry PLEASE HELP

Hi People,How can i use the FMS with the keyboard for entry and how can i use the FIX modus in the FMS ?Thanks Marek

Marek,1. Left click on the scratchpad area of the CDU - that's the bottom line where you enter data. {Nb - the method given in the manual doesn't seem to work for me}2. The FIX button was added as an update and is not in the manual. The best brief I have seen is in the LDS manual which can be downloaded from their website.John R

If you bought the 777 in the last few months, you have the update. You can confirm this by pressing the fix button - if it is active you have the update.Otherwise reinstall from the web site.John R
