PSS aircraft load edit problem

When I try to load the pss 777 load editor I just get a pop up saying "could not locate Micrsoft flight simulator 9 directory. Unable to import load configuration." I have tried placing the file right in the directory of FS9, on the desktop etc but I still get the same message. I even tried reinstalling the software but still end up with the same problem....any ideas???
