Hi MikeHehe, in this case, it should have been "Windy City"....And I see you got few legs put together yourself :)Don't think I'll make it, though - so many miles, so little time (and even less than I thought :( )BRGDSSven Sorensen, EKCH

Toos late spotting the runway, bit too fast + the altitude...Result: Quite possibly my worst landing in the pony. Even the one where I forgot the gear was better :)Sven Sorensen, EKCH

Century's most ferocious winter storm in the Pacific Northwest. You picked a wonderful time for a visit, Sven.

Hi Mike,Yeah, well it seemed to have blown over when I got there, only 5 or 6 knots from 195 - but rainy and cloudy. On the other hand, the bonus airport (WN10) close by had OVC 400 - and it is only a grass strip with NOTHING.BRGDSSven Sorensen, EKCH

Talk about low vis - 1 stinkin' mile!!!!Fortunately the WX cleared briefly while 5 miles out, so I could get a fix on the airport. 5 seconds later, I couldn't even see the beacon!---WHEW---PS: Just did a fetch weather on AS: VIS 810M (that's meters, not miles), 1400 OVC, moderate snow...Double whewSven Sorensen, EKCH
