Problems with connecting Frankfurt One Center

After further testing for a couple of days I found some other problems.When flying in the Frankfurt area, I have to tune to Frankfurt One Center. Most of the time it is not possible and I get back

If you haven't already email info@voxatc.com with your issue. They normally respond within a couple days and have been very helpful to me in the past with similar issues. Good luck.
