ATC Voice Commands

I just want to know if it's possible. I bought a nice pair of headphones for the computer last Sunday, and they have a built-microphone on the left earpiece. Is there any way that I can get FS to assign key commands to voice commands, with/without third party mediation?

The documentation say I need to have the microsoft Speech SAPI5.1 installed. In Microsofts downloads, all I see is the speech 5.1 sdk? Is that what I need...it's 203mb! I was hoping there would be a smaller "basic" version without all the developer tools.thanks!
