I received one for Christmas and am using it. Don't know how many brands there are, and I'm at work now (shhh....) and don't know if it is Logitech, but I think that's the brand. It works fine and the throttle has a much better feel than my Sidewinder did. Sometimes I use both yoke and joystick, mainly using the joystick for different views. If you don't use the cordless one for awhile however, it looses contact or shuts down or whatever and there is a delay when you then use it of a few seconds. The receiver has a green led that starts blinking if the joystick is NOT in communication with it. As long as you are ready for a 2 to 3 second delay while they re-establish communication, you're fine. Also, I initially tried installing it thru my USB hub and it kept losing communication with the receiver. I put it into one of the direct USB ports on the computer and it worked fine then. All things considered, I like it.

Phil:Thanks for your reply. It sounds....sort of interesting...but that stuff about losing contact though is....weird. Not too realistic! I'll think more about it. Thanks again for replying.JS
