LO/HI Bank

Recommended Posts

Hello,After Climb sequence completed, when passing white bug (red bug in icing conditions) climbing, i push main button to call for Flaps 0, then the first officer tells me that flaps zero are set. At that time, he should also set bank angle to HI BANK on the AFDS, if still in Heading mode. For the current version, I noticed that he doesn't do that ! Is there a chance to implement that in a near future ?One more thing, when leveling off at cruising altitude, TCAS should be in "normal" mode. Actually, it stays in "above" mode. Stephane

Hello Stephane,That could boil down to preferance. FS2Crew ATR is modelled on a European airline (Polish in fact), and as far as I know at this one company the PNF does not usually touch the bank angle selector. At least this is what was communicated to me.At other company's they may do it differently. There are a million ways to skin a cat.For TCAS: The TCAS is not the exclusive jurisdication of any one particular crew member, so if you want to set it to Normal in cruise, there is nothing wrong that. The FO (PNF) will however set TCAS to below in the Descent.Cheers,Bryan
