unable to switch on battery power

Hi Bryan thank for your quick replay about keyboard assignment. I wrote you directly with another address because AVSIM forum did not take may mail.Now I have another problem. From the tutorial KSFO cold and dark cockpit after starting program with conf, I'm unable to switch on overhead panel battery (and so on starting APU) I notes that battery cover is open and don't move when clicking mouse over. The same is for standby power and ground power. It is as the electical device has not functioning gauges (as in normal overhead panel). I tried unistall and reinstall but no change.It may be i have misunderstanded anything.Thanks again

Hello,You need to install PMDG Service Update #1 for the 800/900 prior to installing FS2Crew.That'll solve your problem.All hte best,Bryan
