Original Aircraft?

So how can you define something as original. Take for instance the new file, Air Canada Jazz Dash8-102 by Barry Blaisdell, Udo Lemmob, Bob May - Premier Aircraft Design. This is not an original aircraft. It is a modification of the default Dash 8 in COF. At the risk of being beat up, it is not even a very good repaint. The only thing that it has going for it is that you can now paint textures on both sides. This has been able to be done for some time now with the fanda Dash 8 which uses the default, modified, model. This seems to happen often when people are loading files into the library. Instead of getting us all excited about the model, please tell use what it really is.Now please don't get me wrong. This is not meant as an attack on Barry or his team. I fully appreciate the work that PAD has given us in the past. I have much of it in my collection. Heck, I have even done repaints of their aircraft. I'm not saying I am a better painter then they are or any such nonsense. All I am asking is that when people offer a model, please be sure to let us really know what we are getting. This goes for the payware stuff that masks itself as freeware also. Nothing more frustrating then doing a huge d/l only to find out it is limited or not working at all until you shell out.
