External air/power

Recommended Posts

Guest Andrw

Hi Bryan,Can I connect LVLD external power and air from LVLD ground requests without confusing FS2Crew? If the answer is yes, is there any exact moment to disconnect ext power/air or can I do it whenever I want?Would it be possible to add a possibility to connect/disconnect those things via FS2Crew?regardsAndrew

I assume you would disconnect external air and power once the APU was up and running. This is the starting situation for FS2Crew so then you can start FS2Crew and away you go.Mark.

>Connecting external/power air shouldn't confuse FS2Crew. You>can always try it and see what happens.>>I'll check into the other part of your question.Hello again!Ok, thanks Bryan.and Mark, ofcourse I could do it as you said (and I'm doing it so at the moment) but I think that it isn't very practical to run APU 30 minutes when ext power source is "available".-Andrew

Hi Andrew,Just shut down the APU or create your own start file with the APU off.For noise abatement purposes, some airports will not want you to use the APU.Just use the built-in Level-D 767 Engineer if you want to connect/disconnect external air.Bryan
