Hello Dave,Make sure you got the installation order correct:1. Level-D 7672. Install Update 3 from Level-D if you haven't done so already.3. Install FS2Crew 767.4. Install Update 1 for FS2Crew 767Most importantly: At the end of it all, you must run the Level-D 767 Config Manager and click "Save" to finalize the process. The last part is very important.-Bryan

Hi Dave,The 767 Edition of FS2Crew has a very large user base, and it works for them, so I'll throw some possibilities out:1. Is the Level-D 767 installed in the default location?2. Did you let FS2Crew 767 install to the default location?Cheers,Bryan

Hi Paul,Bryan's suport is very very impressive, he sent me constant e-mails attempting to sort it out with me but something on my system has stopped this great program from working and I don't know why.I have taken the option to reluctantly remove it from my system, I was really looking forward to using it too?Oh well, that's life I suppose.Dave T. .........On the Devon Riviera and active 'FlightSim User's Group' member at http://www.flightsimgrpuk.free-online.co.uk/http://www.captainsim.com/user/dl/c130/c130_captain.gifhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/supporter.jpg

Bryan, could I ask you how to fix this issue too. I have installed Level D 767 SP 3 and installed the FS Crew and installed SP1. Followed the tutorial to assign the main key and secondary key (as CTRL [ as main and secondary to be CTRL ]). I also ran the configuration and saved it as mention in the SP 1 update page of FS Crew 767. I have to mention to you also that my FS and all the our files are installed in Drive D: instead of C:. Every other program works with this install but FSCrew 767 does not even start after going to FS2004. I press the CTRL + [ key and nothing happens. I press the secondary button, CRTL + ] nothing happens. I can not even start on the tutotial because the Main screen to FS Crew, does not even come up. Please HELP. I love the Level D 767 and would like to use this, as I heard only good things from the user base.
