FO Not Turning Off the APU

In his after start checklist, the FO is not turning off the APU. Can anyone help me understand what I might be doing wrong?Respectfully,Daniel Hill

Hello Daniel,He should. Do you have SP3 installed?Does the FO do everything else correctly, or it just the APU?Cheers,Bryan

Daniel,Delete the Key assignment for the APU switch in the Level-D Keyboard commands menu.Perhaps another program is shutting down the APU.Cheers,Bryan
