If you can't find it or find it too hard to land in the dark (there is no IFR procedure), Space Coast Regional (KTIX) and Patrick AFB (KCOF) are also good and have ILS.

On my way, I'll give an ETA when I'm airborne.

Matt, you want to take it on to Myrtle Beach or shall I?If Paul doesn't show up I suggest we move off for a dawn landing at LGA?

Hi Jeroen and All,I'm back, finally. Y'all have done great! I'd love to do one more leg, if possible. Since I live 20 nm south of X68 I can take it from there to Myrtle if no one else wants it.Good job, gentlemen!Best, GeraldKMLB

Ok, ETA is now 12:25Z. There should be some light at that time. METAR looks good.

Well, KMYR appears to be a bit dicey right now:KMYR 220935Z AUTO 14004KT M1/4SM OVC001 14/12 A2972 RMK AO1Below minimums, I think. KCHS and KILM are worse and KORF's not any better:KORF 220933Z 05003KT 1/2SM -RA FG VV001 04/04 A2980Guess I'll try it and see what happens. KMYR it is.GeraldKMLB

It's got ILS on both ends, so visibility shouldn't be a problem.Wind is low so that's good too.You could divert to KCRE if needed but that's also in fog KCRE 220926Z AUTO 00000KT 3/4SM BR FEW001 SCT006 OVC016 14/14 KFLO is even worseKFLO 220853Z AUTO 10005KT 1/4SM FG VV001 09/09 A2974 RMK AO2 KSSC I would avoidKSSC 220855Z 08004KT 1/4SM R04/1000FT -DZ FG OVC001 10/10 A2971 KCLT is better:KCLT 220914Z 10004KT 1/2SM R36L/5500VP6000FT BR OVC002 08/08 I'm flying ahead and will scout out the conditions. Will probably arrive fast enough that I may find an alternate for you before you arrive in the area.

Gonna go ahead and try KMYR. You're cleared to go.I'm about half an hour out from Myrtle Beach over solid overcast. Will dive below to check out conditions. If you're on VATSIM, contact TCA2887.In clouds and quite heavy turbulence from 9000ft.2000ft and still in clouds. Turbulence is gone.
