Cabin pressure question

Recommended Posts

I could use some help with the pressurization system. I set the take off and landing altitudes but I don't know what else needs to be done. I always get the "auto fail" light, but no warning buzzer and as far as I can tell the cabin is being pressurized. A step-by-step run through would be much appreciated. This is a great panel. Congratulations on a remarkable achievement!Sidney Schwartz KPDX

Set your cruise altitute during Pre-flightSet your Land Altitude during Pre-flightafter start, check your both PACKS are ON, and change the system fo FLT.during climb, the normal cabin rate of climb is 500ft/min.

normal take-off is with engine bleeds on for A/C.only is you REALLY need the extra power, you use the APU bleed for A/Cbut just gives you a MTOW 3% higher than normal take-off.
