Landing light intensity...

Recommended Posts

Is there a way to "tone down" the intesity of the landing lights and taxi lights? I find it can become a bit difficult to judge height on landing and navigate on ground with such high intensity lights. Any help would be appreciated :)Thanks,Regards,Macs :)

macs, this is controled through the visual model and the spotlight.bmpSome models like the GA 727 has a small bright effect, to correct the very bright default spotlight.bmp file. This make the lights be more "natural" than the ones that we usually see in the models.also, there is a modification to the soptlight.bmp done by Martoni. The mod is very good, but you can have problems with some models as the GA727.for the martoni mod, search for newlight.zipregards

Thanks for the info Gustavo. Who makes the GA727? I have Df's 727 and would not like to mess with it (if it aplies at all). I can always use the taxi lights as other types of lights (unrealistc though ).Thanks again for your help, regards,Macs :)
