Which version?

Recommended Posts

Guest Louis

Hi guys , i just bought a new rig and want to put the 200 in. Thing is i just want the version before the complications of setting up the proper flaps which is embedded in and have to go into FSUIPC and all that which i never did get to work so i just want the one before it came out and i want to make sure , so is it the 1.0 or 1.1? I'm just checking to make sure i get the right one so i won't screw up. Louis

Not getting a reply so i went to the FQA page and am starting from scatch down loading from the base pack down even though i know i won't be able to get the flaps working properly withg the new code embedded in. Bought a new rig and putting every thing back in . Man oh man when your not that good on computers this hobby can be the most frustrating thing there is.Louis

When you're done installing 1.2 and updates 1.21, 1.22, and 1.23, you should find that the F6/F7 keys work to operate the flaps, as does the handle on the flap quadrant in the panel.RegardsBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-V L-300Santiago de Chile

I down loaded fssound.dll off a site -and one site wanted 12 bucks for it by the way -and i put it in my 'modules' folder, then i copied and pasted the "old modules" with brackets and the fssound.dll=1 in the fs9 confiq file but every time i open up flight sim it says it can't load fssound.dll so i'm stuck on this now and i'm registered with FSUIPC -3.71. i'm using FSSound version 1.5.0.1 (this was included in the tinmouse2_b732_v1_2 download).when you state brackets are you using square brackets?did you enter 'OLDMODULES' as a single word?i'm unsure if FS cares, but i also enter my oldmodules mods to match exactly the caps/nocaps of the filename: FSSound.dll=1--
