Landing and Taxi Lights Issue

I just downloaded and installed this panel. Great job! I spent two hours with it last might and didn't even take off. Just tinkering with systems trying to figure it out.I only experienced one problem, and that was with the landing and taxi lights. When I switched on the landing lights, I saw a brief flash of light in front of me, then darkness, then a message that the tail hook was extending. It's not a major issue but if something has gone wrong with the installation, then there may be other problems that I don't know about.Any advice please?

Which model are you using? The FFX model uses the tailhook animation to move the LL. If you are using Terry Gaff's model distributed with the TinMouse, then you are probably either using the aifcraft.cfg for the FFX (bad idea) or you have removed the dummy tip tank from the fuel section of the aircraft.cfg, which is used internally by the panel to differentiate between the two models and some variances in animation of the lights, spoilers etc.RegardsBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VSantiago de Chile

Dear W6KD,I experience the same after installing up to 1.23A versions.Would like to know what was the problem and whether it was solved already?On top of that I notice that reversers only deploy properly on one engine and do immediately retract after deployment on the other side. I guess this issue might be of a similar nature?Would be grateful if you could update on your experience.Regards,SVB

The reverser issue sounds like your hydraulics and/or generators are not properly configured.The light issues, as stated in my post above, are more than likely caused by a bad mix of config/air files.regardsBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VSantiago de Chile
