A talkback system in the file libarary

I think a talkback system on each FS addon would be a welcomed addition to the file library.This way Flight simmers can write their opinion on an addon , bugs and share their experience with another flight simmersWhAt do you think library managers ?

This has been brought up in the past before, and we decided against using it. This question alone led to a huge debate over people abusing the system on personal vendettas and what not.
