Tinmouse with FMC?

Hi guys,I'm trying to merge the Frindly FMC Panel into my Tinmouse plane. Now, I checked my work and it results that the plane does not receive any VNAV or LNAV data from FMC. Have you guys any suggestion how I can make the FMC work with this nice plane?CheersErnesto

Ernesto:my 2-cents say the tinmouse panel has no 'logic' to understand LNAV nor VNAV specific data.if the 'friendly panel' data output is GPS or HDG 'type' that would cover LNAV (FYI, this is why the CIVA INS works, it outputs 'HDG data').the only way, with the current panel, to make VNAV would would be data outputing in FS default V/S 'data'.--

Actually, the TinMouse II panel interacts directly with the CIVA INS, if installed. I have a beta version that talks to Ernie Alston's ISG1 FMS units...I had it close to done before retirement day arrived and I had to pack the house up and ship everything back to North America.I don't plan on working an interface to the Friendly Panels FMS since I don't either have or use it.RegardsBob ScottColonel, USAF (ret)ATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-VColorado Springs, CO

@scoobThanks for your explanation! I'm just wondering why the plane is maintaining the speed as shown in the LEGS menu of the FMS. So it seems I have A/T now lol @BobThanks Bob for your comment. It sounds great that you are actually working on making the Ernie Alston's ISG1 FMS units compatible to your really nice addon. I hope you arrived well in USA and will have enough time to end this project now ;)CheersErnesto
