Troubleshooting using FS2Crew pmdg 747

Goodevening all,I just bought the pmdg fs2crew 747 but every time I want to start-up. The pre-flight flow such, PFD/ND turns out, my HSI turns out and my upper EICAS turns out.Does somebody have any idea how to solve this?Kinds regards,Stefan

Hello Stefan,By 'turns out' do you mean 'turns off'?Did you read the manual?Did you follow the tutorial flight as described?-Bryan

Hi Stefan,Have you just bought the PMDG 747 add on in addition to FS2Crew for it as well? Blank screens is a known product validation issue for the PMDG 747.Go to this link: http://ops.precisionmanuals.com/wiki/PMDG_Product_ActivationTry this and see how you go.CheersSteve

I already fixed it, I wrote something wrong in my panel.cfg
