How Can You View Payload During Mission?

Recommended Posts

Guest Surfstud31

I have created a great mission but it needs to allow the user to see the payload stations. I cannot seem to unlock the menu item for Viewing Fuel and Payload. During a Mission, FSX locks out the 'View Fuel and Payload' menu item. I really need to figure out a way to unlock the menu item or at least provide a way for the user to view their payload stations. Anyone have any clue how I might do this?I have already tried the 'Realism Settings' option in the mission builder to try and override it but no luck. Help!!!

I guess it is kind of late for an answer, but I just joined the forum.

At the bottom of the main Missions Panel just select the option: " Enable changes in selected Mission (no rewards given) " .

This will enable the "Fuel and Payload" under Aircraft menu,  and the "Flight Planner" under Flights menu.

You might have to restart FSX to get them

Yeah, really kinda late!  It's sort of an unprinted rule that we don't post answers or comments into topics that are 12 years old.  I would assume that person got an answer, maybe somewhere else, a long time ago.  It's called "Necroposting"  I guess similar to sex with the dead??

LOL! Reviving an ancient post is nothing like sex with the dead I can tell you...

I used to be into S&M, necrophilia and bestiality, but I had to give it up... because I was flogging a dead horse!....  ba dum tish..

Ahem. I'll just get my coat... and close the mortuary door on the way out..

for those who didn't get the joke and the smiley, I'm not into those activities (although trying to install add-ons into FSX can be quite masochistic!). However, thanks to the internet I am aware of such goings on..
